We smashed up the windows of the Bank of America on Hennepin Ave in MPLS, and painted the front to read “DEFUND COP CITY.”

Our attack was in solidarity with those arrested in the recent raid on the forest, and we pray for the safe return of our comrades and a continuation of the fight for life against cop city and hollywood dystopia. Bank of America will need to end their sponsorship of the Atlanta Police Foundation or they will continue to be under threat from our friends across the so-called united states.

These actions are being done in solidarity with forest defenders in so called Atlanta GA. Not only must Cop City be stopped but all construction everywhere. It’s approaching summertime and things are heating up in so-called Atlanta. Forest defense continues as bold as ever, and my friends and lovers are putting their bodies and freedom on the line to stop the encroachment of development and the police into the forest. Around the city and even outside of it, we are bringing the struggle to those that would prefer to quietly profit from destruction, we are laying aside the machines that kill the forest. People are starting to pay attention. Ecofascists are starting to pay attention. I have cried tears of joy at the mass movement my friends have made, the diversity of tactics fostered, and the huge number of people brought in. But this movement can only exist if we remember that we are engaged in a three way fight (http://threewayfight.blogspot.com/p/about.html). Fascists are engaged in their own fight with the state as well as their own eliminationist campaign against all they deem as deviant, especially those with Black and trans identities. Rather than simply serving as a tool for the state, fascists are seeking to overthrow the state to create their own murderous regime, and will try to use us, to co-opt our movement. The movement to Stop Cop City has already seen attempted fascist creep (https://dirtysouthrightwatch.org/2021/boogaloo-in-atlanta/). Not everyone who hates the cops and hates that state is our friend. As our movement continues to grow, ecofascists will see us as a useful tool for their own goals. After all, they like trees, we like trees, we hate the state, they hate the state. But that’s where the similarities end. In their calls to action, they will tell us to protect a specific “people” rather than all people, who we stand for. They will throw around words like us being “slaves” to technology – as we fight to remember the lives lost of enslaved Black people. They will evoke spirituality, but they will ignore the spirituality of the Muscogee people whose land we are on. Most importantly of all, they will publicly call on us to take action that will directly lead to our friends and lovers being jailed, being beaten, and potentially being killed. We are a militant movement for sure, but we are avoiding undue risk as we continue this joyful struggle. To the ecofascists, we are just another tool, and they would see us locked up and dead if it meant supporting their cause. Just this past weekend, a self-described ecofascist who cited Kaczynski killed 11 people in so-called Buffalo, New York in an explicit attempt to murder as many Black people as possible. We reject all calls to violence for a “people”. We have received concerned emails and other forms of contact regarding two submitted videos and a statement that contained fascist imagery and covert fascist ideology hidden under a thin veil of radical language and identity politics which was hosted on our site. We believe that this was possibly an effort to incorporate the “fascist creep” subtly to normalize and spread fascism. May 11 House Visit at Keith Johnson (Brasfield & Gorrie)

On May 11, 30-40 people visited the home of Keith Lanier Johnson Jr. at 1268 Gordon Combs Rd NW, Kennesaw GA 30152.

Keith is the Eastern Regional President of Brasfield & Gorrie (B&G). B&G are the current general contractor for the Atlanta Police Foundation’s Cop City project in southeast Atlanta.

Now that Keith is no longer busy on the board of the Mount Paran Christian School, it seems he is managing the $142,327 of fines levied against his employer for safety and wage theft violations. He is also overseeing the destruction of grave sites, the leveling of a vital tree canopy, and the militarization of the American police force. It is for these reasons that community members went to his home at 6am.

The low-barrier fencing did not seem to deter assembled protesters from approaching the home directly in order to deliver fliers to Jr. Neighbors did not seem overly concerned with the assembled group when they approached the four building estate set back from the road. Hopefully Carolyn Paige Woodruff Johnson, Sarah E. Johnson, or Keith the younger were not bothered too much by the blow-back resulting from the decisions of Keith’s employers.

We hope that Keith is able to convince the two Magnus’s, currently sitting comfortably back home in Birmingham, that the current APF contract is untenable, and that there is an urgent need to cancel it. It could turn out that Keith personally is carrying to brunt of pressure for his bosses decisions.

Brasfield & Gorrie will eventually drop the Cop City contract. Anonymous groups are developing new methods for disincentivizing the project.

And they are getting closer.

Atlanta Police Believe That An Organized Group Is Tracking and Targeting Officers

This is police scanner audio displaying Atlanta Police’s ignorance, cowardice, and paranoia related to what they believe is a group called “Black Flag Atlanta”.
The so-called “group” “Black Flag Atlanta” is likely referring to a hobbyist website here,(with a telegram here ) collects ground reports and police scanner intelligence.
The website is a resource for anyone and everyone.

They cops mention that they are afraid because of the actions of anonymous comrades who surrounded a Parks and Rec vehicle and attacked it while officers were inside and served the same to a juvenile detention facility vehicle: read about it here

The cops believe that “Black Flag Atlanta” is a group that tracks and monitors cops and their locations around the forest and works to attack them. This is laughably wrong. Rather than understanding that our power comes from open source intelligence, horizontal organizing, and transparency, they have conjured up a shadowy organization that organizes hits on police officers… and publishes their targets right beforehand.

ATLAS office windows smashed, vandalism in Albany NY

On the evening of may 10th I smashed 7 windows at the office building where the northeast offices of ATLAS are located in Albany, NY. I also tagged “ATLAS – STOP DESTROYING THE ATLANTA FOREST.” Destroying hundreds of acres of forest during the 6th greatest mass extinction of species to build a police training facility following one of the largest anti-police uprisings in decades is fucking disgusting. MULTIPLE POLICE CARS DAMAGED IN WEELAUNEE

Just after 10am on Wednesday, May 24th (the 4th day of the Third Week of Action) 2 DeKalb County park police entered the forest to inspect the path created by bulldozers on Monday in the RC field. As they were exiting, forest defenders ambushed them by throwing rocks and bottles their cars, smashing windows. It seems they aren’t so formidable when they aren’t alongside DeKalb County Police assisting in encampment sweeps, as they did last December at the behest of Blackhall Studios following the “Witch Bloc” hexing.
At Noon, a van with “LAW ENFORCEMENT – DEPARTMENT OF JUVENILE JUSTICE” superimposed in a seal over a silhouette of Georgia printed on the door pulled into the parking lot of Intrenchment Creek Park by the gazebo. Around an hour later, the van was attacked suddenly by a barrage of rocks and multiple tires were slashed. The van attempted to escape but was left stranded in the parking lot until DeKalb Police were able to escort it out. Police were nervously walking backwards in order to keep their eyes on the tree line where they knew forest defenders would be watching them at every moment.
From the back right side, a white van with a government license plate has its back right tire smashed, back right window smashed, and side window smashed. The truck has a “LAW ENFORCEMENT - JUVENILE CORRECTIONS” seal superimposed over a silhouette of Georgia on the door.

Multiple police vehicles were damaged. Nobody was detained or arrested. Juvenile justice was served, but probably not in the way they meant. Atlanta will remain a forest.

… A black sedan barrelled it’s way into the south power cut blocking off a MAJOR entrance to the woods off Constitution Road across from Black Hall Studios Sunday night, May.8th, accompanied by a banner that states, “Fuck this World And It’s Cops”– kicking off the, “Week of Action,” to, “Defend the Forest,” in south Atlanta…
A huge ass bonfire along with a vast array of fireworks & feral friends silhouetted & serenaded the break in the forest that has now come to be one of the main zones to defend against police incursion into the woods so many people & non-human animals call home.
Cop City & Black Hall Studios will NEVER be built as long as Forest Defenders occupy these 500 or so collective acres of woods & comrades continue to engage in the practice that, “solidarity means attack,” in regards to fending off the kkkops, impending industrial & suburban sprawl into wild areas, & the generalized evil, “machines”.

POLICE RETREAT FROM FOREST

On Wednesday May 4th police cut the a poop bucket contraption locked to the gate, by using a ladder to get it from over the fence, however they didn’t get much farther then that. According to scanners, they encountered a flaming barricade as soon as they opened the fence. They eventually cleared the barricade and drove into the forest a little ways. Then promptly backed off when met with a barrage of rocks and smoke bombs. It is not clear what the objective of the police was that day, but they definitely did not achieve it. It was also observed that barricades and the Atlanta steamer were restored by the next day. Nature is healing
